We are members of the of Drew University community concerned with the enforcement of Title IX and EEO/AA at the institution. The Drew University mission states, “Drew prepares its students to flourish both personally and professionally as they add to the world’s good by responding to the urgent challenges of our time with rigorous, independent, and imaginative thought.” In line with this aim, we set out to rigorously respond to the recent changes in the organization and leadership of the Title IX Office on campus. We demand answers to questions that we have raised on this webpage and elsewhere regarding Drew University’s enforcement of Title IX given its new organization.

We believe that everyone should be protected from power based personal violence, and we advocate for institutions like Drew University to diligently investigate all reports of Title IX violations and ensure that violators face appropriate consequences.
